what you get (level 1)....

Your day will consist of a combination of theory and practise sessions presented by Dave Fuller and Leo Cash.

Following the welcome you will participate in the first theory session covering emergency braking and slalom. From the classroom you will move to the track walk to discuss aspects of the track, session exercises, lines and approach strategies as well as see demonstrations on braking and slalom exercises. From here its on your bikes to learn and practice the two exercises.

Back off the bikes you move into the classroom for a session on hazard avoidance showing you the correct right way to react to any situation that requires avoidance in a controlled manner. On to your bikes it's time to practise the avoidance exercise on designated sections of the track.

If you have stayed for all that you can relax over lunch - provided as part of your day.

After lunch its back in the classroom for the last theory session on concentration and fatigue as well as counter steer/counter balance. From here the day consists of two controlled track sessions riding in small groups with 1 or 2 instructors. This is not a flat out track session but a controlled session to practise the skills learnt and blend them into a safe lap at a controlled pace.

Your day will finish with a short de-brief before you depart for your hopefully safe trip home!

During the afternoon full track sessions photos will be taken at 2 or 3 locations around the track. You can view and order the photos at www.sportpixonline.com.au or contact gncPhotography on mob. 0407 641 251.
