What to wear-

Minimum requirement (Level I & II only) - an AS1698 or AS/NZ1698 Standards approved helmet, a motorcycle specific jacket (leather or textile), jeans or motorcycle specific pants such as draggin jeans, substantial boots which cover the ankle when riding the motorcycle or motorcycle specific footwear and motorcycle gloves (leather or textile). You may of course wear full leathers if you have them.

Should you not meet our minimum requirements you may be asked to change into acceptable minimum attire.

Level III requirement - an AS1698 or AS/NZ1698 Standards approved helmet, full leathers (may be two piece with zip attachment), full leather motorcycle boots and full leather gloves.

Motorcycle requirements-

Your motorcycle must be in a roadworthy condition or track/race ready state. Specific to road registered motorcycles, you must remove any luggage attachments including pack rack loops. Any permanent attachments / accessories must be free of sharp edges and corners. All tyres must be in roadworthy condition with appropriate tread depth.

Lakeside is on the North side of Brisbane, in the suburb of Kurwongbah (postcode 4053).

Some land marks are the Pine Rivers Golf Course (shown as "Kurwongbah Golf Course" on the map below) which is on Narangba Rd - you turn off Narangba Road into Lakeside Road which goes right through the middle of the golf course and follow that road into Lakeside Park. Follow the signs around the circuit and enter the middle of the circuit via the tunnel.

Dakabin Train Station is opposite the intersection of Narangba Road and Lakeside Road.
